Powerful, forgiving, distinctive and very beautiful... that is the best way to describe these special irons. Within the Gen6 series, the 0311P irons are intended for the better, more advanced golfers looking for more feel and control. These 0311XP are larger and offer a bit more forgiveness.

_{The technique}

The list of technical features is remarkably long on these PXG 0311XP GEN6 Black Label Edition irons. PXG goes to great lengths to maximise the quality of its irons. For instance, they have the HT1770 Variable Ultra Thin Clubface in these clubs. This face material is thinner at PXG than any other manufacturer's, with the flexibility it provides for tremendous ball speed and more forgiveness. The clubhead is filled with Polymer, which creates a fine and soft cushioned ball contact. It also dampens annoying vibrations and makes the clubs sound finer at impact.
A feature of many PXG clubs is the Precision Weighting Technology with Tungsten weights that optimise the balance in the club head. The centre of gravity is thus kept lower on these 0311XP irons to get height into the ball more easily. Each iron has gone through the Forged process 5 times, making the 8620 Soft Carbon Steel stronger, more resistant and much softer and better to the touch. The Power Channel Technology provides much better energy transfer... All in all, not only are these very luxurious irons to look at, but the technology is absolutely spot on!
