Cobra levert de DarkSpeed drivers dus met drie verschillende clubhoofden die voor een groot deel overeenkomen in techniek maar wel degelijk verschillen in details.
Deze Cobra Darkspeed LS (LS=Low Spin) is de uitvoering voor de meer gevorderde, vaardige golfer die met minder ballspin meer lengte, controle en feedback / gevoel zoekt. De balvlucht is lager en de explosiviteit is nóg groter wat wel wat vergevingsgezindheid kost. Dat zal de betere golfer overigens niet zo erg vinden. De DarkSpeed X versie is eigenlijk de meest neutrale van de drie waarbij een ideale combinatie is gevonden tussen maximale afstand en controle enerzijds en vergevingsgezindheid anderzijds. Ligt voor u de focus op maximale vergevingsgezindheid, dan is de DarkSpeed Max de versie met de focus op wat meer vergevingsgezindheid. Voor alle versies geldt dat de Torx verstelsleutel wordt meegeleverd.

As we have come to expect from Cobra in recent years, there is a heavy focus on distance, which is easily noticeable in the powerful feel and sound on good ball contact. To achieve that, Cobra has taken aerodynamics to the next level which has resulted in a beautiful, streamlined design. This DarkSpeed LS also has extra Tungsten weights at the front of the clubhead to minimise spin for more feel and direct control. In addition, the lower and further forward PWR-BRIDGE allows for even higher ball speeds and minimises spin to achieve better energy transfer to the ball. Also, the PWRSHELL L-cup Clubface / striking face, which is 10% larger than last year, provides more distance, while the A.I.-optimised H.O.T. Face innovation ensures more efficient speed & spin across the entire hitting surface. Finally, all Cobra DarkSpeed 2024 drivers are loft adjustable over a 3-degree range, useful for fine-tuning the height of your ball flight at what works best for you.

The Cobra Darkspeed LS Driver 2024 comes standard with the UST Lin-Q M40X White 6 Graphite shaft but delivering it with a different shaft on request is also no problem. In terms of grip, the Lamkin Crossline 58R Black in standard men's size has been chosen.
