Anno 2024, PXG has introduced the Black Ops Fairway Woods that are all about maximum versatility and playability. As with PGX's drivers, balance is optimised through the use of eye-catching Tungsten weights. The fine loft adjustability that allows you to adjust PXG clubs over a 3-degree trajectory is also on board here. PXG has outdone itself with this PXG Black Ops in developing the widest possible fairway wood range that offers maximum forgiveness.

_{The technique}

An important part of the distinctiveness in PXG golf clubs depends on the Precision Weighting System, which is clearly visible from the three screw weights in the sole. The resulting weight distribution makes the club very forgiving and gives you as a golfer more room to avoid hitting the ball exactly cleanly. The crown (top) of the clubhead is made of sturdy but featherweight carbon which increases ball speed and lowers the centre of gravity. As a result, the ball goes into the air more easily which makes the ball flight more predictable and this is definitely noticeable compared to previous PXG woods.
