What is clearly visible about these Wilson Launch Pad 2 irons is that they look different from average irons. What you see here is that Wilson makes a successful combination between irons and hybrid clubs, resulting in a surprising amount of forgiveness. Not hitting the ball as cleanly is not punished as much as before with these hybrid irons. Highly recommended for (starting) golfers who have some difficulties with hitting the ball cleanly.

With Optimized Turf Interaction, Wilson provides a streamlined, modern design for better interaction with the ground, leaving plenty of club speed and easier ball flight. The hybrid sphere in the back of the head adds mass behind the ball for more speed, even for players with a slower swing speed. Low weighting in the back of the head means a lower centre of gravity, which can also help you gain height easily in your flight. The finishing is very different from the first generation Launch Pad irons. The Launch Pad 2 has a kind of brushed stainless steel finish, which makes traces of use and damage less visible, and keeps the irons beautiful for longer.
